Most hiring software charges per user. It sounds fair and it is quietly destructive. The people who should be in the product are the interviewers, and an interviewer is the one seat a company will always try not to pay for.
So the scorecards get written in a document nobody can find.
What per-seat does to an interview
On insiderOne a scorecard is evidence. A panel's ratings, with notes behind them, can become evidence the candidate chooses to keep for their next application. Charging for the person who writes it would mean charging for the product working.
Every plan therefore includes unlimited users, and always will.
Why employees, not hiring volume
A price per role or per applicant charges you more for every search, a strange thing to align a hiring tool around. Your employees are what People runs on, so the price follows them.
A month in India, +18% GST on top: Team, ₹3,999 with 25 employees included, then ₹99 each; Business, ₹7,999 with 50 employees included, then ₹129 each.
In the US and elsewhere: Team $199, then $6 each; Business $499, then $8 each. In the UAE, excl. VAT: Team AED 599, then AED 15 each; Business AED 1,499, then AED 19 each.
Yearly billing, on request, takes 2 months off. From 500 employees, Enterprise is a yearly agreement we price with you.
Why one role is free
A company with one open role at a time, and nobody in People, pays nothing, for as long as it likes.
Plenty of companies hire a handful of people a year. The surest way to show them what a ranked shortlist is worth is to let them hire one person with it first.
What the trial is for
14 days of everything, People included, no card. The clock starts when you publish your first role or add your first person to People. That is long enough to see your first applicants ranked by what they proved.
After the trial we invoice monthly, unless you are down to one open role and nobody in People.
SCOUT is ₹2,499 ($249, AED 449) per active brief a month and VERA ₹299 ($15, AED 59) per candidate case, because those are real costs per piece of work. Business includes 2 briefs and 10 cases a month.
Every number in this article is read from the same file the pricing page reads. If a price changes, this article changes with it.
